RATES:
Rates for our apartments are between $200.00 USD - $275.00 USD
per night & $1300.00 USD & up per week (*plus tax).
Rates on reservations exceeding 7 days are pro-rated
* Tax on stays of 1-6 nights is 13.625%. On stays of 7 nights or more is 5%. In addition, we are required to charge $3.50 or $5.50/night hotel tax.

GENERAL RESERVATION INFO:
We suggest that you plan ahead to ensure availability.
- To be on the safe side, we suggest you contact us 6-8 weeks ahead.
(but for the spontaneous folks, don't hesitate to call --
we might have availability at the last minute.)
A deposit is required to reserve your apartment. Personal checks, money orders, certified checks, and PayPal are accepted.
Balance is due upon arrival.
(SORRY, NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED)
Check-in any time after 2:00pm (welcome to drop off luggage)
Check-out before 11:00am
Continental NY-style Breakfast provided the first day of your stay.

CANCELLATIONS
Notice of CANCELLATION must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date for a full refund.
