We regret to inform you that In May, 2011 the state of New York passed a law banning the rental of apartments for less than 30 days. As a result, we are ending "Jack and Judy's B&B". There is a possibility of getting an exemption from the law but that might take some time. So for the moment we are not accepting any future reservations.
We are in the process of renovating our six B&B apartments into three floor-through apartments. In other words, each of our three floors will become a one or a two bedroom apartment. If the law is not amended, the apartments will be rented for periods of 30 days or more or become permanently occupied by long-term tenants.
If you are one of our guests who have been coming to us over the years, we appreciate your loyalty! Stay in touch and we'll let you know the updates as to whether or not we will be able to accommodate any future requests to stay in one of our furnished apartments.
