• Newly renovated studio and 1 bedroom apartments in an owner-occupied townhouse. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. All have one queen size bed and additional sleeping facilities for 2 or more guests.
• New York Continental Breakfast provided in private kitchen upon arrival:  Bagels, cream cheese (don't forget the lox at Zabar's!), o.j., coffee, cereal.
• Families are welcome; but sorry, no pets.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building and apartments.
• In room amenities include:  A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, all linens, private telephone line and answering machine (fax available upon request), internet access, hairdryer, iron, baby's crib...
